Gunman Tried to Rob Owings Mills Home of Drugs, Money, Jewelry
The suspect was unsuccessful, and disappeared while chasing one of the home’s residents.
An armed man tried to rob to Owings Mills residents in their home on Dec. 27, but left the scene empty handed.
The suspect entered a home on the unit block of Garrison Ridge Court in Owings Mills through an open door at 7 a.m. and produced a handgun. He demanded drugs, money and jewelry, and when the victims didn’t give him any of the items, the suspect asked for towels so he could shoot one of the victims, according to a Baltimore County Police report.
One of the victims ran out of the house, the suspect chased him and then disappeared. Nobody was hurt, said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander of the Baltimore County Police’s Franklin Precinct.

These are common thieves, probably teenagers or early 20's. A gang member woulda left folks dead. I hope they catch this thief or thieves soon.
