UPDATE: Police Rule Out Reisterstown Meth Lab

Baltimore County Police said men were fixing bathtubs at a residence where bomb squad technicians were investigating a possible meth lab.

 

UPDATED (9:37 p.m.)—Baltimore County Police investigated a report of a possible meth lab in Reisterstown Monday evening, only to find men re-glazing bathtubs.

Baltimore County Police bomb squad technicians were at the scene in the 100 block of Brookebury Drive, Cpl. George Erhardt said just after 9 p.m. The fire department’s hazmat team was also at the scene.

Baltimore County Police Lt. Robert McCullough told Patch around 9:30 p.m. that further investigation revealed there was no meth lab.

There is no threat of harm to neighboring residences.

This is funny. I live in these apts and have had my tub reglazed. It has a really strong smell.
