Baltimore Man Arrested in Owings Mills Assault
The suspect believed the victim owed him money.
Bryan Charles Burnett, 24, of the 2200 block of Round Road in Baltimore, is charged with robbery and assault after he allegedly assaulted a 42-year-old man and stole his keys at 5:41 p.m. on Jan. 27 in the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road in Owings Mills.

A Baltimore man was charged with robbery after police say assaulting a Middle River resident in Owings Mills.
Bryan Charles Burnett, 24, of the 2200 block of Round Road in Baltimore, allegedly assaulted a 42-year-old man and stole his keys at 5:41 p.m. on Jan. 27 in the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road. Burnett believed the other man, a Middle River resident, owed him money, according to a Baltimore County Police report.
Burnett was arrested a short time after the incident during a traffic stop, said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander of the Baltimore County Police’s Franklin Precinct.
