Trout Daniel & Associates Brokers Lease for DaVita Dialysis at Randallstown Plaza
Construction for DaVita Dialysis’ Randallstown Plaza Location Set to Begin in April
Randallstown, MD –Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, recently announced a lease agreement for a 10,000 square foot DaVita Dialysis Center at Randallstown Plaza in Randallstown, Maryland. Matthew Melnick, Associate at Trout Daniel & Associates, and Jerry Trout III, Principal at the firm, represented the Landlord, Randallstown Plaza Associates. UGL Equis represented DaVita Dialysis in the lease agreement.
DaVita Dialysis is relocating its Randallstown Center to 3637 Offut Road to improve its accessibility for patients and efficiency of its facility. Its new space will have transformed into a hybrid between medical office and retail in order to maximize productivity.
“DaVita Dialysis is a Fortune 500 Company and leader in its industry. They will become another asset for Randallstown Plaza,” said Matthew Melnick of Trout Daniel & Associates. Construction is slated to begin in April and the Center is scheduled to open its doors this summer. DaVita has 15 Centers in the greater Baltimore area.
Randallstown Plaza’s other tenants include Radio Shack, Bank of America, Subway and Family Dollar. It is anchored by the Liberty Center; a Baltimore County Work Force Development Center and a location for the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC Randallstown).
