On Tuesday, April 3, 2012, the Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown presented Police Officer First Class Kenneth Lynch with the Policeman of the Year Award.  He was also presented with a check.  The Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown presented this award to him for his excellent service to the Community. Officer Lynch is a 5 year veteran of the Baltimore County Police Department. He has been assigned to the Franklin Station since graduating from the Police academy.  Captain Matt McElwee was also in attendance and gave us his insight about Officer Lynch and  his precinct.
