The Baltimore Humane Society is still in need of community support as it deals with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Power came back on Wednesday night, but phone lines are still down.

The shelter’s dryer is not working, so they are asking the community to dry some laundry for them. Donations of blankets and non-down comforters are needed, as well as monetary donations to make up for three days of lost business in the spay-neuter center.
