Downton Abbey Revisited, a PBS-produced special, will air on November 25, 2012, at 8 pm in anticipation of the January debut of season three.  The special will whet viewers’ appetites with a look behind the scenes. Downton Abbey Revisitedwill air again on November 27 at 4:30 pm and November 29 at 10 pm.

In this riveting special, viewers can savor great moments from the series first two seasons, along with cast interviews, rare behind-the-scenes footage and a sneak peek at what's in store for the Crawleys as they enter the Roaring Twenties in season three.

Emmy® Award-winning Downton Abbey, written and created by Julian Fellowes with an all-star returning cast and Oscar-winning guest star Shirley MacLaine, will return for season three on January 6, 2013.  Downton Abbey is a British-American period drama set in the years leading up to World War I.  The drama centers on the Crawley family and its servants.  In season three the Great War is over and a long-awaited engagement is on, but all is not tranquil at Downton Abbey as wrenching social changes, romantic intrigues, and personal crises grip the majestic English country estate.
