On Friday, November 16, Claudia Friddell, local teacher and author of Goliath, a book about a horse that was a hero of the Great Baltimore Fire, visited Jemicy Lower and Middle School to speak about her book. Having studied Baltimore in depth for this year’s Fall Unit, the students found the presentation very relevant and relatable.
